Bun B (born Bernard Freeman) is a rapper and actor from Port Arthur, Texas. He is a member of the group UGK (Underground Kingz) and is known for his smooth, deep voice and socially conscious lyrics. He is highly respected in the hip-hop community and is considered a pioneer of southern rap.
